Ripoff, Do not Order!

I ordered a phone through Inphonic in May. I received the phone without any problems however, the accessories that were part of the package have never arrived.

I have called and emailed the company at least once a week. The customer service reps are outsourced to India and very rude, if you have the luxury of speaking to one. I have spent hours trying to get through to a customer service rep. I have spoken with the Supervisor "Beck" who promises to call back with an update and never returns the call.

I would advise anyone who is considering ordering anything from this company to beware. You will not receive your full order. Whatever you gain in price will be made up in empty offers and missing items.
