Cingular And Inphonic
Ripoff

I ordered my cingular plan thru inphonic.com which stated they covered my area, once I recieved the phone I got no connections I called cingular they said that was a error and to call inphonic to get a rma to return the phone, I asked the customer rep at cingular if I would be charged anything, she assused me that I wouldnt be charged.

I hung up and called inphonic they appolgised and gave me the rma number and said they would be sending it along to me to send the phone back, This took over 1 month, but as soon as I received it the phone went back.

I am now in collections for 475.00 and cant get anywhere with cingular or inphonics on taking this charge off my report. Cingular claims inphonic said they sent the phone back to me because they didnt receive the charger. Phone must be in cyber land because that is a false statement.
