I got nothing for my money ripoff!

I was trying to get a cell phone through at&t and this is one of there so called sponsors. I was told there would be no deposit to get one, so i let them charge my credit card for the price of the phone, which was $29.99. I finally kept writting them to see why it was taking so long for the phone to arrive and they then sent me an email saying that i would have to put up a deposit in order to get the phone activated, the charge was going to be $200 so i decided not to pay the deposit and told them i would just wait. I emailed them and told them to credit my credit card back the price of the phone and they sent me an profanity email and that they were going to keep my $29.99. And so i never received anything for my money.
