Purchased an open box joystick off of the self which did not work. Returned it to the store for a refund of $29.00. Explained that the box was already opened. Too bad. A retocking fee of $4.50 will be applied. I've purchased $1000.0's of dollars worth of product from that company and for $4.50 they are willing to lose a long time customer. So be it. Lost!!! Try office depot. No questions asked return policy. They seem to care
