I found this company searching the interent one day. You can rent games like XBox, playstation, or gameboy advance online. So I joined under the terms that it was a trial period & that if I canceled before the trial period was over I would not be charged. When I tried to cancel I was unable to, so since I could not find a phone number available anywhere on their website I sent them an e-mail. Their reply was that since I never really activated my account in the first place I did not have to worry about canceling. I was charged not once but twice by this company. After sending them e-mail after e-mail I was refunded my money but only for one payment the other payment would not be refunded.

Afterwards more & more e-mails arrived stating that they never recieved the games that I rented. I wrote them over & over stating that I returned both games months ago before my trial period was even over. These e-mails that I sent were ignored & now I am still recieving e-mail from them saying that if I don't pay for these games they will send my account to a collection agency. I wrote them again tonight stating again that I returned these games months ago, but I know it will do little good. I cannot begin to explain the stress they have caused me. It borders on harassment. They need to be stopped. They should not be allowed to treat people this way.
