Ab Energizer promised a 30 day money-back gurantee scam

I bought an abenergizer 2 months ago, January 6th, and I sent it back on February 12th, which was actually less than 30 days from the time I got it and sent it back. I also purchased an abtronic and I got my money back on it within 10 days. I would really like to know how we can get our money back because $70.00 is alot of money to throw down the drain when they promised it back.
