This company will bill your debit card without prior authorization. When I contacted them, they told me I signed up for automatic billing, which I know I did not do.
When they submitted the bill, they tried to bill me for 2 months at once, I didn't have enough in my account for 2 months so they turned off the phone.
I had to return one phone within the first 30 days, they agreed to replace it and now they told me they have no intention to replace it. I have already paid this month for it and they suspended service on Feb. 19th..
I would like to report this company to the Better Business Bureau, and the State Attorney General for Fraud.
