Ripoff Fails to Honor Rebate

I ordered a hand held computer from CompUSA in October and was to receive a $100 cash rebate after submitting the necessary documents. This information was sent certified mail to CompUSA Offer #4173, PO Box 821, New Rocelle, NY 10802 on 7 Nov. A Mr BruceE. Stone signed for the document on 13 November. I have written a letter to this address inquiring about the refund, but have not received either the refund or a response to my letter.
