payment

first off I am a customer that makes her payments on time but there comes a time in life where something may occur that you would have to make your payment the next day of your due date which in my case was Oct15th was my due date but I called into the store 2605 N.BROADWAY KNOXVILLE TN and let them know that the payment would be in on the Oct16th the very next day and when my son may the payment over the phone and when I received my receipt thru my email it was $36 and some change and my due date had change talking about a renewal Now i know everyone is not getting there payment in on time and I know doing a payment the next day shouldn't have change ther's no way I am on a monthly lease but you all can change me to 2wk payment which I had to pay more then my lease says and now Nov 1 I am back to my monthly payment contacted corporate office got a ticket no.but no one called but someone from the store told corporate that they called talked to me and problem solve another lie I will be going over this lease with my lawyer and will be getting back in contact with you all so many lies and it doesn't make sense
