Paid $1500 for a sign, no updates for five weeks

This is a fraudulent online business, do not do business with them! I ordered and paid half for my business sign on 05/05. After I paid $1500.00, the salesperson never called me for any confirmation.

By the second week the salesperson answered and told me that he had not heard anything from his factory but as soon as he had an update he would call. No call from him! By the third week, as I kept asking for an update, he mentioned I would need a proper image file. By the fifth week I asked if there was any idea when my order would be delivered, and the answer was still the same: no status from the factory!

Nobody from management contacted me even though I had been asking since the second week of my order. I don't think they are real and physically exist!
