Slow returns, ignored calls and a restocking fee dispute

Electronics and household app.
I never wrote a review before until now. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I have never had customer service as poor as this, and I am surprised this company is not completely shut down given the many BBB complaints and negative customer reviews. I do not understand how this company can sell "State of the Art" electronics when all of its electronics are used, defective or of overall poor quality. Whoever their vendors are should be ashamed and extremely cautious about doing business with these people.
Do not be fooled by the "actual shopper ratings" on their website; people affiliated with the company could easily have posted positive reviews to improve its credibility. Those reviews are also usually short, so you can tell they are not legitimate and were spammed. If you Google "Zetronix review" or "complaints", you will see real customer reviews like this one.
I bought 2 cameras from their online shop (zetronix.com) 2 months ago. When they arrived, I could instantly tell they were used: there were clips left over on the cameras, recorded by their workers or whoever had them last, the recording device made an annoying beeping noise with the videos it recorded, and the clip that protects the lenses does not hold shut. I immediately emailed their customer service team. They accepted the return and received the cameras back within 2-3 days.
After a couple of business days I still had received no response. I emailed them again and finally got a response after a week, saying they would process the return in the order received. This is ridiculous; their return process is so slow. Most companies complete a return in less than a week. I waited a couple more days with no response. Frustrated, I decided to call their "Live Support" number, (877) 644-7592. It rang a couple of times and then went straight to voicemail. I called back the next day and it went straight to voicemail. I tried once again a couple of hours later with the same result. It seems they blocked my number, or block anyone who calls them frequently for customer support. Then I knew that this company was extremely shady and decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
After about 2 weeks, my credit card company told me they had reached a live person at Zetronix, who agreed to fully refund my order. After another week, I received a credit from Zetronix of about 70% of my order. I immediately emailed their customer service team again and asked when I would receive the rest of my refund. I was supposed to get a full refund, as stated in the agreement with my credit card company. They emailed back and told me to refer to their "restocking fee policy." Really? After they had even agreed with my credit card company? They never responded after that, so I explained the situation to my credit card company, which did a chargeback and issued me the remaining credit. Thank God this madness is over.
Again, I do not write reviews unless things have gotten out of hand. This is by far the worst experience I have encountered. I read other negative reviews that people have left. The common trend seems to be delayed refunds or no refunds at all, no response from their "live support," and shoddy quality control of their products. I feel this company makes money by scamming people with its "restocking fee." This is how it works: they sell you a "new" product on their website. You get upset because something is wrong with it or it falls apart, and you return it. They gather a partial payment from you through the "restocking fee," repack the item and mark it as "new," and move on to the next victim and do the same.
Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable website like Amazon. Their products are guaranteed brand new, or if you are not satisfied, they give you an easy return. Do not buy from here, otherwise you will be trapped and could end up worse off than I did. Learn from my experience. Good luck to the other customers who are "trapped" by this company.
