Bad product and customer service

I recently bought a so-called splash camera from Zetronix. There is insufficient precision within the item discriptions of necessary to understand data. It was really cheaply-made, had almost no configurations, however the problem was, there was no indicator of the possible lack of LCD display, it generally does not have one! (or can there be an image of the rear of the camera on the site) Today cellular saving products are regular with LCD displays. Used to donot actually believe it'dnot have a display.

I called customer support to see them about that being truly a difficulty, I really couldnot use it and so I desired to return it. Their representitive Ed offered me aggressive and disrespectful answers. I've never had this type of bad customer support expertise.

Additionally, I've positioned an evaluation about the item showing its unmentioned lacks, and offered recommendations of exactly what the system truly could be advantageous to. Next issue I understand, my evaluation was erased. Previous costomers of Zetronix had exactly the same problem using their own truthful evaluations being erased too. Apperently Zetronix just maintain the good evaluations to key people. This really is dubious business integrity at-best. It'dnot supprise me if the majority of their items would maintain the main one or two-star variety when they didn't remove the bad evaluations.

Given that they cost A - 15% restocking charge, I'm today out by over $30.00 from needing to deliver finished back (that we experience was more then your item is actually value). Clearly recommend, don't conduct business with Zetronix
