Cash back offer rejected after products arrived late

This was a query into receiving a cash back offer for the purchase of Samsung products.
The promotional offer was rejected after I received the products. I questioned this, as they had taken my order date as the purchase date and refused cash back even though I did not receive the products until 3 weeks after the order date. A request was made for an appropriate response on the rejection. No appropriate response was made, just an email with attitude.
