TERRBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Apple Ipad mini

In my experience buying an iPad mini at Best Buy I was extremely disrespected by a Best Buy employee. I went to buy and iPad mini and when I asked the lady to go get it for me she stared at me for 30 seconds and then I had to tell her I need her to go get me just the a iPad mini, then she went and got it for me. I asked her to put on the screen protector as I get a case for it. Then she stared at me for 30 seconds again then I went for the case but then she said she has to ring me up first. So I asked her for one minute to pick out the case and what's the best one, then as I was talking she walked away and started to talk to another employee at the cash register and never answered my question. I think she thought I wouldn't pay for the iPad mini but of course I would so she completely insulted me cause when she was talking to the employee at the cash register she made eye contact with me and rolled her eyes. So I decided to come back later for the case and to just pay for it and make her stop giving me dirty looks. As soon as I paid she look surprised as if she wasn't expecting me to pay. Then when she goes to put the screen protector on the iPad mini she drops it on the table scratching the back of the iPad mini. After that as she's putting on the screen protector the employees she was earlier talking to hits her on her arm and then she tries to kick him to shoo him away but as she does that her nail goes into the screen protector creating dirty circle object in the protector that I cannot remove. After this she puts the rest of the screen protector on right but when she goes to put the iPad mini away she throws it in the box and then drops it into the box again hitting the box on the table. After that she left and I picked up my iPad mini case but I had to wait on a 25 minute line because I wasn't allowed to buy that at the register that I bought the iPad mini in. Then the next day after the screen protector dries I notice that she scratched up the screen protector, along with the back of the iPad mini, and I have that ugly circle of what ever she did with her nail on the bottom of my screen. All in all my experience was insulting, rude, and has made me never want to buy at Best Buy again.
