The Teflon coating in the baking pan wears off very quickly. Bake bread 3-4 times and the blank metal is visible.
Using only flour, water, yeast, oil, a pinch salt and a pinch of sugar. No nuts or other "hard" ingredients which they say you can add.
A replacement pan is some $40 and shipping.
