Insensitive attitude of SAMSNG India towards it's believeing customers - Samsung HDTV

The hard working indian customer invests in products of a brand like " samsung " believeing to get the best products which will last by indian lifestyle patterns and culture for a considerbly long period of time. But there have been innumerbaly high number of cases where the products give shock and emotional turmoil to the citizens by just stop running beyond the warranty period leaving them high and dry. Why high and dry, because, the attitude of the customer care india of samsung is that of only snubbing the customer and not providing them anything beyond the rules/regulations/warranty conditions even if the cases come to light for deeper sensitivity and helping hand to the customer, who, in great faith invests in such brand and need to be reassured if the products have a curtailed life span.

I PURCHASED A HIGH END LED SAMSUNG TV WHOSE DISPLAY PANEL GOT BAD IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS. Replacement cost has been intimated at nearly 50% of cost of new equipment. ATTITUDE OF THE COMPANY: HARSH, UNBECOMING AND INSENSITIVE, PROVIDING -NIL - AND UNWANTED SOPS (a thing of no great value given or done as a concession to appease someone whose main concerns or demands are not being met.).

Hoping the educated indian public gives the due the brand deserves in a very shot span. A wake up call to all purchasers to protect themselves against the onslaught. (samsung complaint number 8438471502 dtd 28.10.2013)
