Cell Phone Charging Ports, Charging Ports, Charging Ports - Samsung Galaxy Note

Many Many Many cellphone users are having issues with the usb charging ports on their cell phones. I have a galaxy note and the charging port has been replaced twice. I am disgusted this $700 phone needed the port replaced within 8 months of purchase, then four months after replacement it went again. This will forever be a problem with their cell phones. They need a serious shake to wake up and make a better charging / usb port in future generations. I've been out of a phone for 2 weeks, one week for each time the issue arised. Also it can leave you unable to get your data back when this problem happens as the phone dies. When you send it in, they format it first before working on it so any information stored will be wiped.

I am not a beta tester, if they have thousands of people with the same USB charging port on a large range of phones, it is time they wake up and make a better charging port. $700 for a phone that has these problems on a regular basis is not good. Love the phone but if there is problems with the manufacturing, the way the phone is designed, they should come good for it, and not sell these products that have these problems. I don't know anyone in the world that would be happy with this problem I have experienced. I have a garbage bag full of $50 cell phones that I used years ago and all of them still work, none had USB charging issues.
