Had an unpleasent experience at the branch
1. Want to buy rice cooker and oven toaster. Went upstairs to look for product however no sales person around.
2. We choose the product ourselves and carry the boxes to grd floor ourselves.
3. When at grd floor we have to look for salesperson to confirm the product is complete and correct.instead the salesperson just pack the boxes in plastic bag and asked us to pay, which we pay immediately.
4. When reach home the rice cooker is the wrong color ie blue instead of grey as displayed. This would not happem if the sales person had open up the box earlier.
5. Revisit the branch an hour later and request for replacement, was advised grey is not available. I requested the same sale person to check repeatedly, suddenly he got upset and raised his voice. I'm surprise he is upset as i just want him to call other branch if they have the grey color that i want, he said that it is difficult to find the color that i want as product did not state the produxt color on the box. Only after this he requested the cashier to call up other branch. She advised that the product was not available.
4. As solution i want to return the blue rice cooker and get my money back
