Hydrowave Washer - ge hydrowave washe

I bought my first ever brand new washer and dryer in April. I wanted a trusted American name so I chose GE. It worked fine until July. Then it would fill, wash and drain and NOTHING. I searched troubleshooting and found my answer on GE's own website. Should have been a clue. I needed to (reset) it. Followed the instructions and it worked. The next week the same problem and many times after that. I reported it to the GE website on August 27th and they promptly scheduled a repairman to come. Great I THOUGHT. He came out on September 3rd and ran the (self diagnosis) great for him, BUT WHY DID I NEED TO BUY THAT ON MY MACHINE. Should have been another clue! He said my board was faulty and would need to ORDER one. HE wished my good luck on keeping the thing running till the part came in. Today September 8th the DAMN thing refuses to do anything except fill with water. Guess I'll lug my laundry to a Laundromat. Right after i file a complaint with the comsumer protection agency.
