I got my Keurig for a Christmas gift. I like a hot cup of coffee like everyone else in my family. However on the weekends I tend to get up several hours before everyone else. So this was a great solution, for the first 16 months. After some time I would use the 10oz option and slowly only get 6. Now I only get 4. Customer service was useless when I called. I found that if I hit it just right it would work... I found this solution searching the internet.

I understand that maybe the insides need to be cleaned. I've spent hours running various solutions through the pot with no usable result.

I was also never a total fan anyway. When it was working the coffee frequently was weak. I like a nice strong robust coffee. This was to be another solution for me as I would love a dark roast and the family likes a medium roast.

Maybe If I could get inside and clean it better I would be okay. It also freaks me out that I can not see what is likely going on inside. I think I am going to take a screwdriver to this and see for myself...
