You receive a kit made up of 4 plastic amplifying squares, a "third world" 20 page description (with photographs) of how to assemble 6 pieces of cardboard, turn your TV upside down etc etc.
Absolutely not possible nor conprehensible. You think you may have a chance with the help of the photographs. No you don't.
Impossible then to contact anybody.
Impossible to get a refund.
