Total rip off screwed out of $800.00

After being released from our contract we were told that we needed to return the equipment. Not a problem, piece of crap never worked half the time anyhow. We were sent a box that took 10 days to get to us with a postage paid label for it's return. They didn't mention anything about there being a 15 Day window in which to return the equipment. Low and behold, less than a month later, my bank account was RAPED of $400 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OF ANY SORT.

Being like 90% of Americans, I live pay check to pay check. After the holidays, it's even worse. So as you can imagine, there are now over $400 in NSF fees on my checking account which is now $400 in the hole and will remain that way for another 2 weeks when I get paid again. That should bring it to about the break-even point.in the meantime, I have to deal with a job that requires me to drive on avg 150 miles a day at my expense, an 18 month old son who is now eating crackers and soup for breakfast and all of the other bills for which I would have been able to pay if it hadn't been for this.

Thank you Dish Network for completely comprising my family's well-being all in the name of corporate profit. As for the customer service reps, if you can get one to actually speak english, they are worthless. Only repeating themselves like a broken record. And dealing with the "Executive Team" was just as bad except they're smart enough to try and insult your intelligence, and oh yeah, they speak english. No one cared that they're withdrawl, which has apparently (haven't seen it yet) been rufunded, caused this huge mishap. All I could get out of them was a load of lies and deceptive answers. Pretty sad they're actually able to call their programming "America's Choice". Should be "America's Fasttrack to a RAPED AND PILLAGED Bank Account" Oh yeah, by the way. My bank told me the same thing the Dish company did. Which is basically Too Bad, So Sad. So don't ever use Charter One Bank either.
