HP has finally convinced me that Apple is the way to go. I recently purchased a HP laptop for my wife and could only get Windows 8, installed, with no disk. Microsoft with its noted attention to customers' needs provides no documentation on how to use that software abortion, no intuitive controls or any other reasonable means of taking control of ones desktop. Combine that with HP's famed third-world support from India, a place that makes rural Appalachia seem like and advanced civilization and you have seriously ticked off customers. A former customer.
