Upgrade Eligibility Date Changed From 12/22/04 to 03/28/05

Cingular is a bunch of lies!

I was told I could upgrade my phone on 12/22/04 well that was yesterday. Today I go to their website and log into my account and proceed with login! After I get on their site I go to phones and click upgrade I recoiled in horror to see this..

*2 year contract*
be eligible 03/28/05 to upgrade an existing phone.

Just last week it said 12/22/04 and when I went into a local store to see some newer phones a Cingular assoicaited helped me. She looked up my account on the computer and told me next week 12/22/04 I would be eligible for a new phone and now the my account says 03/28/05

Fuc*ing liars they change your account info with out your permission and Give you the *RUN AROUND*

Comes to show how they treat a customer thats been with them since 1998 when they was Southwestern Bell Cell Service.

I always payed my bill in full and always paid for any new phones they have given me. Now I see how they treat people who pay and stick with them. F^u^k you Cingular... XXXX will be my next cellular provider.
