Cingular is a bunch of lies!

I was told i could upgrade my phone on 12/22/04 well that was yesterday. Today i go to their website and log into my account and proceed with login! After i get on their site i go to phones and click upgrade i recoiled in horror to see this..

*2 year contract*
be eligible 03/28/05 to upgrade an exisiting phone.

JUST LAST WEEK IT SAID 12/22/04 AND WHEN I WENT INTO A LOCAL STORE TO SEE SOME NEWER PHONES A CINGULAR ASSOICAITED HELPED ME. She looked up my account on the computer and told me next week 12/22/04 i would be eligible for a new phone and now the my account says 03/28/05

Fuc*ing liars they change your account info with out your permission and Give you the *RUN AROUND*

Comes to show how they treat a customer thats been with them since 1998 when they was SOUTH WESTERN BELL CELL SERVICE.

I always payed my bill in full and always paid for any new phones thye have given me. Now i see how they treat people who pay and stick with them. F^u^k you cingular... XXXX WILL BE MY NEXT CELLUALR PROVIDER.
