Bad customer service each staff explains different procedures. Ask for supervisor and just another person answer. So I vent to the employee only to get the run of the deal. March 23- until now May 4, no calls explaining. The last call when I called because no use leaving information of email because none of your staff emails or call; so why take down the darn information. Long periods of waiting but per your last employee I am waiting for the approval to be replaced with compatible or credit. I asked when will it take because its been past 8 weeks to fix and now I have wait for management to decide to replace. I told the employee I need my information he said that my netbook is crushed and I can't get it. I think this company need to know how to handle customer with such care for example no offered me to get my information, pictures from netbook those pictures and videos is my personal belonging just will be crushed because someone did not take the time to care or put precautions. It seems no one has a head to think of others and quality of life that netbooks offer... Now my valuable information is erased because of staff don't care. MSI Netbook, Plano Texas
