I am not the swiftest with my CANON camera. But I am learning. I had to call canon a few times for instructions. I was blown away (in a good way) by their service. The Tec did not read off a script or from the manual (which I have and read) he actually had my model camera in his hands and walked me through all the steps.By far the best service I have ever had!!!
