Ripoff only makes money by charging restocking fee - HOAX

On 10/25/04, we ordered a Xium spiral antennea. When we received it, my husband called the technical line before installing it. The tech support person looked up our zip code and told us that the product wouldn't work for us and suggested that we return it. He gave my husband an RMA# and we repacked it as required for return. Sent it back via UPS, and it was received by Ramirez on 11/4/04. We saw a credit on our credit card on 11/16/04, after I had called customer service on 11/12/04 and reminded them that it had been returned. Our credit was minus a restocking fee. I called on 11/22/04 and spoke to Marc, who assured me that he would look into this and credit the restocking fee. On 12/1/04, I called and spoke to Marc again as the restocking fee had not been credited. Once again, he assured me it would be done. I called 12/15/04 and spoke to Brandan, still not seeing the restocking fee credit. He told me he'd give it to Marc, who is the customer service manager to get it expedited. I lost patience and called our credit card company. I spoke to the dispute department, and the rep was more than happy to apply the credit from their end.

CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! Xium customer service is absolutely no help. The only way they are making money is by charging bogus restocking fees to people like us.
