I am actually here to write a complaint about Samsung and their products and also about their warranty that is the most stupid warranty that I know and hope my friends read this to get the knowledge about it...

I purchased a NP300E5A-A05US laptop new from best buy on August of last year at Best Buy for my daughter since she was starting college... 2 Months later, the computer gave up and my daughter lost all her college work... We did not know better and took it to Best Buy again and they sent it to (their People) to fix... Got it back and maybe another 3 months again computer gave up and again she lost all her school stuff.

I call Samsung and here is the interesting part... They would not exchange it for a new one... It needs to have 2 (two) services with their authorized repair people. I DONT WANT My new computer to be fixed over and over again... I want a new laptop or my refund back...

So I sent to their authorized service people... Another 2 weeks without the laptop and when I got it back after they said that they changed and replaced parts... So far so good but I want a new computer and not one that started giving problems day one... Here is my ticket number because one thing I wont do is lie to get anything for free but Samsung sucks with this warranty thing: Service Ticket Number: 4118380403... Now, who will tell me that this will not happen again and the fact that I purchased something to be used and not to be at the shop and open and open and be fixed all the time?

People, please be aware of that when you decide to purchase anything from Samsung and their one year warranty...
I really hope my friends and friends of friends see this and be aware of this..
