Difficult Company to deal with

Please order for LG washer and dryer from stock inventory to be shipped within 24 to 48 hrs. I received notice several day later that items were not in stock and would be arriving to them in about 3 weeks. I requested cancelation of order, but then they to be the my order "has been processed already and should be ready for final processing in 48 hours". This is rediculous - if order was processed, how would it be ready for final processing in 48 hours, how many steps are there to process an order? I again requested cancelation. They then said order was shipped, but can not provide evidence of such or tracking number. Thank God I placed my order through Pay Pal as I am in the process of requesting a credit from them and when I receive the order will refuse delivery.
