Rip-off! I Hate This Company. They Will Rip You OFF!

I found Liberty Wireless on the internet. I wanted to purchase a cellphone with free nights and weekends. My credit isn't all that good so I thought I would be getting a good deal from Liberty Wireless. Well I was dead wrong. The problems started "AFTER" I gave them my credit card information.

To make a long story short, they took 3 weeks to send me my phone instead of the 24 to 48 hours they promised. The accessory bundle they say they're gonna give you, that's a lie. They doubled billed my account, the sent me an unactivated phone (with a cheap charger) although they told me it would be activated when I got it. Once I got the finanical part taken care of and I finally had the phone in my hands, is when the real problems began.

Although I was double charged the told me they hadn't charged me for my first months bill yet. So they took another $47.00 out of my account. I was told I would be able to have text messaging. I don't. I have a Sanyo 8100 and I can't do anything with the phone with out PCS Vision, which they don't have to even offer to me. And so far as the minutes go, thats a rip-off in itself.

They want you to pay this large amount of money for a small amount of minutes. And you could just go to another carrier since there's no cancellation/contract fee. But then you're stuck with a $100 or $200 reconditioned phone that you purchased from them that you won't be able to use. I hate this company. I made a bad decision because I needed a phone. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go with AT&T or T-Mobile. Anywhere but Liberty Wireless. It a RIP-OFF!
