Ripoff

I was sent a phone from liberty wireless since i dont have very goods credit because of a very bad divorce. I thought this was as good as it gets for me until i can straighten out my credit. With 2 small children i needed a phone incase i broke down ect...

So the first phone i get from liberty was the lg1010 phone "it didnt even work!" so i had to wait another 3 weeks for a phone in this time liberty wireless is charging me for services i havent even used yet!!! And an activation fee totallying $115.25. But they charged my bank account 130.50 which overdrawed my bank account

So know i have to pay and extra 25.00 for and overdraft fee... When i confronted liberty about this they said that it was standard procedures... I told them i wanted to turn the phone off i havent even used the service yet and u have charged me for it and it will take almost another 3 weeks to get a new phone the month you are charging me for i will never even use 1 minute on... Well they told me that if i turned the phone off and canceled my service they would charge me 250.00

So now that i have new phone well guess what... It worlked for a month

I am back to square one...
I have learned alot from this deal
