Ripoff fees and service

I have had a shared mobile plan with ATT for over 6 years. I have several phones for business workers. On more than one occasion I have reported phone theft and to avoid charges for unauthorized use. Each time, with a new billing cycle, I have discovered uses on those reported phones and each time I have complained and each time, I have paid the bills. I have complained numerous times about dropped calls interfering with my business dealings.

I discovered my service suspended for overdue balance. I disputed the amount.in talking with them, and after losing my connection multiple times, 3 business receivables agents confirmed that I could pay a portion now with a due date later this month for the balance and they each agreed to reinstate the service. Finally, a completed phone call was made and the service was reinstated.

3 days later, the phone service is again interrupted. This time, the customer service rep informs me that no one documented those conversations, essentially called me a liar and said pay up or lose the phones. I requested a refund of the money I had paid them, with the condition they turn the phones back on. Of course they said 'no'. He also informed me that the charges in dispute were my responsibility, even tho they were charges made AFTER I had reported theft of the phone, even as I spoke to the reps, they still wanted to confirm and turn on the service to the line that had been reported stolen weeks before.

I filed a report with the FCC.

I want my service turn on and I want somebody to be accountable.
