Rainee and Wade Carlson Deceptive Trade Practices/Major scammers!

Frye Electronics seems to enjoy having unadvertised in-store specials in addition to their weekly ads in the DFW newspaper. Thing about it is that when you go in to purchase the item/s it is always out of stock. The gimic seems to be to get you to trade up to a higher priced item so that the sales clerk gets a bigger pat on the back from management. This isn't smart when you pull it three times on the same customer! This time after raising a stink with the clerk he agreed to bring the item to the Plano store from one of the other area Frye stores. Three days later, the item indeed arrived but it was a "customer return" and being sold as a new unadvertised in store price!!! I have had it with the way they do business and will never purchase another item from their chain. They would do us all a favor if they would file for bankruptcy and let someone with a better reputation take their place.
