I have purchased an MP3 player from Dell for my son, he began to have trouble with the hard drive after a few weeks, I contacted Dell, they said they would send me a replacement and they sent me a refurbished product.
When I called to question them about this, I was told by a gentleman that this is their policy on these items after 21 days.
