CNC Parts and Service This Company bought a small business from a retiring couple on time payments, stopped payments and kept all stock

This person bought an existing Industrial Electronic Repair business from a retiring couple who both have Cancer. He was allowed to make monthly payments until the entire amount was paid in full. The business consisted of many spare new and used Industrial Control Parts. (stock for exchange) Test equipment, Manuals, Schematics, many new repair componants including Transistors, Diodes, Resistors, IGBT's, etc. He moved the Business to Parker Colorado, many states away from it's origin.

Within less then a year he stopped payments and said he did not want the business anymore and was not going to return any of the items except the websites. He then started his own website www.cncparts-mcs.com which shows and lists all the stock that was taken but not paid for in full. He also says they have many years experience but that experience is the original owners and certainly not his.

The original owners want all the Stock, Parts, Fixtures, Test Equipment, Manuals and Schematics back as

Was agreed on when the business was handed over. The original owner has Medicare which pays for his Cancer treatments but his wife does not so they need all the Stock and Equipment back to sell and pay for her Cancer treatments or she will just not be able to get the much needed Chemotherapy to save her life.
