Super Talent Defective Product and RMA Rejection

Bought a 32gb flash drive that failed to read/write within a year. Super Talent
promised to RMA it so I sent it back, but I get an email a few weeks later
saying that the "body of the card was broken" and they will not replace it. The card was
fully intact when I had it in possession and it is very likely that nothing happened during
shipping (it looks more like the plastic was chipped off with a mini screwdriver).
These company's products will break and then they will make anything up not to honor their warranty!
