I would first like to say that Tom and Kim are a perfect example of leases being used to hurt families instead of help families which was the original purpose. NTS Rentals was informed that we would like to vacate the premises due to the increase of crimes, drugs and violence in the area, resulting in pipe bombs being left under our neighbors car with a testimony from her stating that someone was trying to get vengance on her.

Tom and Kim informed us that we were not allowed to vacate as long as we are under lease they will force us to stay in the apt regardless of the environment around us. We had to think of our three children and the fact that my husband was just out of the hospital wheelchair bound. I myself was pregnant and going into preterm labor.

We decided to vacate anyway they took us to court in Apache Jct and the judge being as corupt as the law enforcement and judges in Mesa ruled in their favor stating we were under lease an must stay.

Now three years later they are placing a judgement on our credit overatating the ruling by $500 and calling it a forceable eviction when we begged to leave. We are now unable to get an apt or house in our name to give our kids stable residency. The glaring question is when will the perversion of justice in Arizona end.
