Ripoff

I was charged 149.00 to my account from Travel Agent Network (Tan). I did not get the package that they told me that they was going to send. When I tired to cancel they told me that it would be credited to my account. It has not been credited yet and its been a year. Every time I call I get no answer or the tell me that it was credit. Don't apply to them. I would like to write them but I have no address.
