Ripoff, withdrew money without permission

I was ripped off by agent travel network, telefax and florida passport. So they have only taken 59.95 out of my account without my permission. I have canceled everything they sent me. They told me to write a letter and send to an address for a refund. There is no way of contacting agent travel network because they say there is no phone number. I would like a refund because this business is a fraud and i don't know how they got my account number.
