I am a Licensed Commercial Agent (Debt Collector) and have been suing this Thief for several clients through the Court system for the past two years and his head keeps popping up. He owes upto 40 people (That we know of) money and there must be many more like my clients, around the world as he has been doing it for many years.
Should you be a supplier, and he phones you to do a job for him, you can be assured you will not get paid.
The people he owes money to include, Computer Technical Services, Plumbers, Video Shops, Schools, Pool Services, Irrigation Companies, Carpenters, Restaurant Suppliers, Landscapers and the list goes on.

He was made Bankrupt on 19th April under the name of Michael Boghdadi Estate Number: Qld. 2028/2/0 and his D.O.B. Is 24th April 1938. His defacto/Wife's name is Antionette and carries the same scruples as Asaad himself.

Since he has become Bankrupt he has taken advantage of the law by keeping the debts under $3000.00. Where he does not need to disclose that he is Bankrupt under Bankruptcy Law, but he has also left debts for higher amounts with Creditors, who are either too embarassed to sue, or prepared to write off the debt.

All assetts have been transfered into his wife's name and he currently receives a pension from the Australian Taxpayer.

He recently opened a Restaurant called, " Blue Jeans Pizza" in the Nerang Shopping Plaza at Nerang and openly operates the restaurant which has become a large thorne in the side of the many creditors he owes money to.
Representations were recenly made to "The Office of Fair Trading" the "A.C.C.C.", "A Current Affair" "ITSA Fraud Investigations" "ASIC", "Federal Attorney General" "Federal Police" and the Gold Coast Bulletin to no avail as there seems to be no law at this stage to regulate this type of Fraudster. Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants have also compiled a report about Assad.

He recenly opened the "Blue Jeans Pizza Restaurant at nerang and contacted the Mayors Office to have the premises initiated by the Mayor. The Mayors Office was told by Assad that he Assad, was a stock broker in New York and had come to Australia to set up business as his Staff had all been killed in the 9/11 Terrorist Attack.

Fortunately the very upset Creditors notified the Mayors Office who Assad was and the appearance was cancelled but the Creditors did arrive at the opening where they had their revenge on the Con Man Assad.
