I delt with a woman named Rosa Barrza at this company. This woman is such a lying, cheating underhanded person. I have never been lied to in my entire life like she lied to me. Absolutely nothing was done to help me get my loan modified. When I finally get her on the phone, she cusses at me and blames me!!! So I look her up on the internet and what do I find but this:
