Enrolled me in a program that does not qualify me to teach in louisiana

The enrollment counselor at this school enrolled me in a program that does not qualify me to teach in the colleges in louisiana. A class mate and i specifically inform the counselor that we wanted to teach in the colleges in louisiana. I am having a problem getting a job in this field because every one is telling me i either need to certified in a specific field or have 18 credits in the area i would like to teach. I inform the many faculty members at the the school about this and has not recieve any help. They refuse to rectify this terrible mistake the enrollment counselor made in telling me that i did not have to be certified to teach college in louisiana. That is not true and no one is helping me at the university of phoenix. To top that off they do hire students after they finish school to try and help them pay off the loans they got in debt for at their school. They have job openings and rather give it to people already employed with the school. I refuse to owe for a loan that a degree is not worth having.
