Ripoff

I got this fake card. When i call at the 1-800-#-# of this card some answered and told that my original card will be sent within three month. However, I never received the card and pin # so i tried to call so many times and the phone is out order/services or no longer in services.

So, i would like to know what it can be done. Please advised me or there is anything that i can help to try to catch these crooks.
