The manager of credit union refused to work out my payments, which were not delinquent yet, but I had just lost my job. He then pulled my loan from my loan officer because he was mgr. And on day it was late repossessed my 45,000.00 dollar 2001 ford F-350 crew cab dually. Would not allow me to get it back for any amount of money whatsoever.

Then he did with mine as I know now as he and his partner in crime Wayne Noble another brother electrician did. They bought my truck for a frivolous 20,000.00 dollars in Waynes name and even paid him on the invoice meaning wayne as i have a copy of it, for cleaning and detailing the truck which he was buying, my TRUCK! And charged the rest as bad debt to me.

The realkicker was when I got a call from their collection dept. And after investigating my story called me to let me know their would be no collecting this note from her firm and unless I needed info to go against them in court she was sorry and would not be bothering me any more.

The old *&*% that stole my truck is DEAD, ever now and then cancer gets an individual who deserves a slower more painful death but hes dead that will have to do, that makes it a better placehere, my loan officer still works there he provided collection agency with info to stop collecting but I still have a bad mark on my creditand 30,000.00 or so they say I owed and wayne is driving my truck. After the fact I found out they did several of these mine just being the nicest with the most profit from theft so he decided to keep it.

Its as small institution so IM SURE THEY WILL KONW WHO BUT ITS A TRUE STORY! So maybe they will get theirs or even I GET MY TRUCK OR A NEW ONE BACK WITH THEM PAYING FOR ALL OF IT AND THE CRIMINAL CHARGES TO BOOT.
