Ripoff charged my bank account $83.88 for 4 cds shipping and processing without my authorization and shipping charges for what They were not ordered they were not shipped and they were not wanted

Columbia House recently sent me a notice that they were going to charge my account 83.88. On that same day, the charge was taken from my account. Three days later I recieved another letter stating that they were reporting me to a credit reporting agency and demanded that I pay 83.88. This is supposed to be illegal.
