Bob Fitzgerald Committed Fraud, Took sponsorship money and never did seminar he promised, and wouldn't respond to calls, faxes, e-mail, or letters

I am a Mortgage Loan Consultant in Scottsdale Arizona.

I sponsored a presentation in May. Not thrilled with the results I had requested a refund for the show I had prepaid for and scheduled for September. After making multiple requests via emails, phone calls and faxes I have now been called by an ex-employee who has let me know that the company has folded.

I will be contacting Attorney Generals for Florida and Arizona. I will also be posting a complaint to the BBB.

As things progress for me I will post back here.

I apologize to each Realtor that attended the May seminar and got sucked into their scam.
