Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing appear on my bank statement every 3 to four months

It started off with a free trial size facial product that required payment of only the shipping and handling or $4.95. It offered paying by credit card only.
Afterwards this ripoff company has billed my account over the past year such as three to four months between billings eac time claiming some type of membership I never asked for.
