Over-priced, Under-Delivered

A co-worker and I decided to go to one of their free info seminars. I knew they would be selling education, and I knew once I bought the 3-Day workshop there would be a bigger package being sold after that. We told the sales person this. What we both asked very specifically, and so did some of the other students we talked to, was whether the students who only bought the 3-Day workshop would have access to mentoring as well. He assured us that they had local student mentors in the area.

So, we did like the workshop and learn some useful info. There was NO mentoring offered for after the 3-Day workshop unless you bought the 30-40 thousand dollar bus tours of L.A. Properties.

The speakers went on and on about Armando's sister-in-law having a grudge against him and being responsible for most of the bad reviews of him online. I am not his family. I work in Schaumburg Illinois at Maggianos.

One of the speakers thought it was cool to drink rum and cokes in while in front of the class and tell us about it in his flip flops. This is the same supposedly devout Christian who told what he thought was a funny story about his 7 year old daughter punching and knocking out another 7 year old classmate for teasing her sister. That's funny until it's your own kid lying on the floor unconscious.

Were the speakers responsible for the salesman's lying to me at the free info seminar? No. But they represent the same company and of course there was no response from them when I emailed them about this issue.

Of course, their emails were the only contacts they left with the class.
