Rip-off! Extortion, insolence, continuous harrassment

This company continuosly insist on trying to extort money for products never recieved.in the last (6) six months I have recieved a total of (2) two magazines, but have recieved at least ten threat notices of credit abuse from this company. It only seems logical that if they have my address to send these threats, then there is no excuse as to why I haven't recieved my order.
P.S. I have already sent this company ($42.32) forty two dollars and thirty two cents.
