This "National Magazine Exchange" IS a rip-off. Anyone that is recieving these Important Delivery Letters should be aware. I have recieved my second letter in the mail today. The first letter I recieved i called the 1-800 number thinking that I would be entered. I figured since the letter said that there was no purchase required to enter or win and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning that I didn't have to buy anthing... I was wrong. So i hung up before they could get anymore information. My advice to all is to just toss the letters.
